Carrie Anne Fleming, the Canadian actress known for her roles in horror productions such as “iZombie” and “Supernatural,” died Feb. 26 in Sidney, British Columbia. She was 51. Jim Beaver, her co-star on “Supernatural,” confirmed Fleming died of breast cancer complications to Variety.
